Let me first say that the I Heart Faces workshop in Dallas was absolutely amazing! I’m sure I’ll be writing more about that throughout the coming week.
Then let me say that the flight to Dallas…and the one back home…weren’t even slightly amazing at all. Not one bit!
On the way to Dallas I missed my second flight because my first flight was running late. On the way back home to Ohio…well, let’s just put it this way: Drew and I still aren’t home. We are sitting in a hotel room in Atlanta getting ready to go to bed for approximately five hours before we have to get back up to catch our next flight home. Urghhhh.
So, I have access to exactly zero of my fall photos. Due to that, I’m going to choose this photo for my “Autumn Beauty” entry:
This little cutie was one of our models for the all-day shooting session we had at the Dallas Arboretum on Friday.
And now I’m off to bed! :)

Angie, I'm sorry about you not being able to go home--traveling can be a nightmare at times. We were delayed for 10 hours total in August when we were trying to fly home from NJ to LA--with two kids under three. So I totally understand. :(
Meanwhile, I have been checking out those Dallas photos--and you guys sure had a blast! Way to go in setting everything up--you are an inspiration, always!

Atlanta? Seriously? Awww dang... so close, and yet so far. I wish we could have met up, but I'm sorry for the delay. I know there are some sweet, sad little faces who cannot WAIT for their mommies to get home. Beautiful texture on your photo; I'm seriously impressed!
Feeling your pain! We had solid seats booked for our flight home from Jamaica and the airport GAVE THEM to someone else before we got there. And no we were not late. So needless to say they put us up in a nice hotel for TWO days until they could fly us back home. Ugh! I'm sorry you had to go through all of this.

Shoot, that's a beautiful shot! The post processing is so beautiful, almost looks like crackled glass. I can envision it in a beautiful, distressed, white tin frame.
