Oh i just loved your last sentence. Seriously. The whole world couldn't deny those longing, pleading eyes (and the puppy's eyes aren't too easy to deny, either!)

We also have a lab (chocolate) in our gang. Maybell and our grandson Anthony are best of buds. Labs and children growing together is a Journey worth experiencing.

Oh! I just melted! When I was a teenager, my family had a black lab named Sheba, who was the gentlest, most patient dog. She looked just like this as a puppy.
